Serato Video is still an absolute mess. Unoptimized for Windows and Mac.

This is so helpful! Subscribed to your channel because you're clear and your teaching style is precise (no unnecessary chatter), you explain things in a way that's easy to follow along. Thank you. I was a graphic designer previously, so when you make references/comparison to photoshop, etc, it helped me understand how the layering worked. I need to learn this not for VJ-ing but for Film/Television, as a computer playback operator. I'll go through your tutorials but not sure if the wild VJ effects will apply to me, so if you have any thoughts of multi-screens (outputs), controlling colour temp (example camera filming on monitors output through resolume), switching from one clip to another with different timing on different outputs, simpler effects like analog glitches (to mimic old televisions, VHS static, etc), blackouts (as an old tube television power off), or any vintage looking effects, that would be so helpful (I'm sure you'll cover most of these questions in your other tutorial, but if not, hoping to add these suggestions for your next tutorial). I'm looking forward to going through them all.. Thanks again for great tutorials.

It seems the Effects clip composition is no longer available. I assume since this is a really old video. But any chance you have an alternative? Would really like to recreate some of these effects that i could not figure out just from pausing the video ^^
